ISF, Inc. Introduces New Advisory Board

ISF, Inc., is pleased to announce the creation of its new Advisory Board. ISF was founded in 1979 in Jacksonville, Florida and now has offices in Tallahassee, Florida and Austin, Texas. The company provides management consulting, information technology, and public-private partnership services across the United States. The ISF Advisory Board was established to provide strategic direction to ISF and support the company’s growth objectives.

“I am confident that ISF will continue our upward trend and reach the high bar we have set for ourselves. The Board will play a large part in making that possible,” said Tom Solano, Chairman of the Board.

The Board consists of members Tom Solano, Frank D’Angelo, Don Muccino, Larry Tyree, and Mark Wood.

Frank D’Angelo is currently the Chairman of the Board of Evertec Inc. (NYSE EVTC), a position that he has held since February 2014. Mr. D’Angelo was also previously on the Executive Committee of Contact Solutions, Inc., a provider of voice and mobile customer-care solutions, as well as the Director of Atherio, Inc., a technology-services company.

Don Muccino spent the majority of his 40-year career in senior leadership positions in global organizations providing all aspects of web-scale online information, software, and support services to academic and government organizations. What makes Mr. Muccino unique is his global experience, including C-level positions at US, Israeli, and Dutch/UK-based corporations with responsibility for global operations and staff on four continents.

Larry Tyree retired as President of the Florida Keys Community College in Key West, Florida, in June 2012. He previously held the rank of full professor at the University of Florida, where he was also the Director of the Institute of Higher Education and the Executive Director of the National Alliance of Community and Technical Colleges. Mr. Tyree was a community college CEO for 32 years at various colleges including Gulf Coast State College, Dallas County Community College District, Santa Fe College, and Florida Keys Community College.

Mark Wood is Chairman of MJW Consolidated, the holding company for Milton J. Wood Company, Milton J. Wood Fire Protection, Inc., and Milton J Wood Engineering, Inc. Mr. Wood has served on numerous boards in the past and holds 40 years of experience in the construction industry. 

Tom Solano founded ISF in 1979 and currently serves as ISF’s Advisory Board Chairman and company President. Mr. Solano led ISF until 2012, when long-term employee Cyndy Loomis assumed the role of CEO. (www.isf.com)
